  • Like what you hear? We’ll send you our T&C’s and a tailored package including property income projection.  Once you’re happy we can start the onboarding process
  • Property set up-we’ll get your property ready for a styled shoot along with adding the finishing touches to ensure we are ‘guest ready.’
  • Go Live!  We launch your property on all the suitable booking portals
  • Regular updates-although we offer our landlords a completely ‘hands off’ service we’ll make sure we keep you updated with regular communication and monthly statements along with quarterly catch-ups

Our Fees

Our full management package is charged at 20% of income after any fees deducted by online booking agents (Airbnb/Booking.com etc.)
