  • Go Live!  We launch your property on all the suitable booking portals
  • Regular updates-although we offer our landlords a completely ‘hands off’ service we’ll make sure we keep you updated with regular communication and monthly statements along with quarterly catch-ups

Our Fees

Our complete management package is charged at 20% of booking income after fees deducted by online booking agents such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
