The property is down a flight of stairs.
There is a lockbox at the property.
I’m always happy to help via the Airbnb app, but guests do not usually meet me.
The property has a lovely large living room, two cosy double bedrooms and a good size bathroom & moderate kitchen. It’s a basement so stairs are used to access the property, but it’s on one level inside.
Things to note:
1. There’s quite narrow steps to the property it is best suited to people with good mobility.
2. Boiler will be on hot water only setting when you arrive. If you want the heating on turn the dial on the boiler to water and heat and set the thermostat in the living room to your desired temperature. Please return to the original setting.
3. There’s a heated drying rail just behind the living room door, we do not have a tumble dryer.
